        At safety meetings in the odessa yard they will ask who can pass a drug test so they can use whos clean to pee. If you want headaches, no hours, low pay, and terrible management, then this is the place for you. There is little to no communication between managers and employees on how things should be done. All the managers are against each other, and they take it out on us. They don't respect the employees and talk to them like they are trash. They play mind games with you and make your job a nightmare. The trucks are old, outdated, and constantly breaking down. You have to wait for hours or days every day you come in to get a truck because the mechanics are slow to fix the issues. They expect you to be a team player, but when you need help, it's nowhere to be found. Once your job is complete, they expect you to go help other people on their job that they messed up. If you don't help, they will retaliate by giving you trucks that are not up to DOT regulations Too many power trips and egos. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worsemy. Please save yourself the headache and find another company to work at.
