Great food and service. The pricing isn't too high and if you come before 12 you can get in a nice quiet lunch. I've been here several times and I've yet to be disappointed. Try the Cobb Club.

Some friends and I went there on a Thursday for lunch. I ordered my food before the others and received my food after the others had already finished eating thiers. The food was alright, but the time taken for this restaurant to make an Italian and a Ruben sandwich is appalling. To say the least, I won't be returning as a customer.

I usually eat here for lunch, always call my order in and 10 mins later at the Seigen lane location to pick my order up. I ALWAYS unless asked otherwise stand where the pick up sign is as I follow the order of the store as well as routine unless asked otherwise. Today was different. I walked in stood at my usual location and somehow all employed staff at this location failed to acknowledge me. I stood at this counter looking at my food on the back counter as if I were invisible. After about almost 10 mins of waiting I decided to leave and contact the manager to inform of the none existent customer service in my world at his store today I informed him I almost always eat here for lunch and have never had this problem I also informed him that I would not be purchasing the lunch at this place and wanted to inform him of such because I am a regular there I wanted him to know the reason that food would be located on the counter where it was placed after the order was complete. Not happy at all with this place at the present moment and I DO NOT PLAN TO HAVE LUNCH here on them are anyone else after this.

First, I'm sorry this is so long. Really, I do not even believe Seigen McAlister's Deli deserves 1 star.My husband and I have had two horrible experiences at this location. Doesn't sound like much, right? Wrong. This last horrible experience was the worst of my entire life. Brief history leading up: We ordered online the first time, things were wrong, we called and the Mgr - Sonny (sp?) refunded the money to make it right. Ok, on an online order, maybe it was a one time thing. Second time, we checked everything before we left the store, everything was fine. Third time, this time... We just came back from a trip to Grand Isle and were exhausted. I was sick and didn't want to cook, but we didn't want "fast food". Due to the first experience we had, we called the store on our way to place the order. We get there and the mistakes begin: 1) They did not turn over the order, so it was not being prepared; 2) they begin putting things up in a ridiculous order, the timing was absolutely wrong, so we had hot sandwiches sitting there getting cold and soggy; 3) the chili 4cheese mac dish was half the size it usually is - never fixed, and cold; 4) the spuds were cold and looked like a cold, hard mess; 5) they 86'ed potatoes while we were there.... um... what?; 6) my husband asked for the manager and was told there was not one in the store; 7) the entire time the staff was walking around, one leaning over the counter conversing with her friend very loudly, so it was apparent nobody cared, and nobody would fix anything at all. Now, keep in mind we just dropped $42 worth on this experience in which I know we are going to have to go home and heat all this up and try to make something of it. I wouldn't have, but it was late at night - our fault - and our 10 year old was starving, we'd already put over an hour into this. I call the store as soon as we leave the parking lot trying to get a name and number for a manager. Guess what, they lied, Michelle - Manager on duty - took the call, apologized, agreed to have the store Manager - Sonny (sp?) - contact me back, stated she would refund the money immediately. I'd rather have a better experience, but ok, whatever. I still wanted to speak with the store manager to let him know what's going on. More lies.... 1) she did NOT refund the money; 2) he NEVER called me back. My husband finds we are charged days later and calls the store. He speaks with Sonny (sp?) who tells him that she could not do it because the cashier had left the store and clocked out before she could do it (sound like bs to you?.... me too, notice he had to do it once before); 3) he claimed to never receive my number to call back. Going to take it to corporate, maybe they will care enough about their name to fix this. If not, I will never return to a McAlister's Deli at ANY location.
