I called -- from Colorado -- on a Saturday afternoon in a panic trying to get medicine delivered to a family member in Baton Rouge. It was complicated but Jeff really listened to me, his driver was at the pharmacy 20 minutes later, and the delivery was complete shortly thereafter. Seriously, lifesavers (and just lovely to deal with).
