Purchased a 4 hour deep clean on Groupon. Booked on Facebook and they arrived on time. Worked the entire 4 hours & got almost my entire home deep cleaned. I signed up to receive bi - weekly service at a rate I cant complain about.

Tiger Clean Team is a scam. They tried to steal my money. The good thing is that I paid through PayPal. They scheduled a Monday for both my mother's home and my home. They never showed up . When contacted they told me that they were delayed because their first customer's carpet didn't dry because of the humidity. What company stays for the duration of carpet drying? They then rescheduled for the next day. Still a no show without even a call. I immediately filed for a refund through Paypal. These kinds of companies should be banned from having any commercial licensing. They then had the audacity to write and tell me that they hoped I liked their service. This is outrageous and should be illegal.
