do not rent from these ppl very unprofessional doesn't want to fix ac it's over 90 in my home at night & they refuse to fix it they also refuse to fix my ceiling it is also leaking and they don't care!!!

Do not rent from these people!!!! I’ve been living in these apartments for 5 years they do not care about you, I have mold and they did NOTHING about it, they have the worst service ever !!!!! I have three children always getting sick and my carpet is falling apart and still they did nothing Do not waste your money

just don’t even try to do business with these people. the prices are good, but think.. there’s a reason why it’s so cheap. luckily i was blessed not to get into a leasing agreement with them. i was very interested in a townhome for rent. expressed my interest greatly, kept in contact, literally called and spoke with the same girl every single time, i’m sure she knew my voice as soon as she answered the phone. i am out of state and was unable to attend the open house, which i explained to her way ahead of time and she was understanding and still offered me the opportunity. at first she was working well with me. good communication, honest, and helped me in any way she could from a distance. she emailed me good photos of the property along with an application (the same day as the open house / viewing for the apartment). I replied to inform i would have it to her along with a money order first thing the next day as i work 11a-11p. the next day comes and i call to confirm the payment must be a money order, she says yes, i tell her i am going to overnight it. a few minutes later, i call to let her know this only to be told she has no where to put my application because the apartment is no longer available. it’s like she literally waited for me to send my money and application before telling me this, because this was first thing the day after the viewing!!! how do you even occupy a unit that fast????? even if so, you spoke with me minutes prior and still let me send my money. you knew it wasn’t available. these folks are so cheap and money hungry it’s sad. so after going through all this, i lost $40 to apply for something that i couldn’t even apply for, plus another $50 to overnight it. i could have applied for two other apartments in the area with that money. after this i attempt to contact about further availability and ask that my application is applied to a property with availability. no replies. never heard from them again. extremely unprofessional. and honestly just wrong. but god works in mysterious ways!! please stay away from these properties.
