Bellemont Victoria I Apartments

I had the pleasure of touring Bellemont Victoria Apartments and after talking with Mrs. LulaNicole I was very impressed. She made me feel at home and I hadn't even moved in yet. She is a person that really knows and love her job because as we talked I knew it wasn't nothing that was rehearsed! I also had the pleasure of meeting the maintenance guy name Emmanuel who insured me that he makes sure that everything is working properly and their to fix anything that breaks in a timely manner. I was definitely pleased and the Bellemont Victoria Apartments is at the top of my list. I just want to thank them for their help.

Lula Nicole is amazing in the leasing office. Quick, easy and hassle free. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Enjoyed my tour with her and the maintenance guy, he had a great sense of humor.

I love my apartment and the improvements the new management company is bringing. The office staff (LaQuanda and LulaNicole)are very helpful. Mr.Smith that's over maintenance always goes above and beyond and this includes after hours help. This community truly feels like my home.

LulaNicole and Laquanda is very professional and always smiling. Emanuel Is on time and a great maintenance man. I really appreciate them. Bellemont crew is number 1 in my eyes.
