Horrible service. They kept trying to give discounts because all their jewelry is fake. My wife bought a supposedly gold band for 260 and after a month is was all scratched and battered. Took it back to them and they tried to tell us its real and we have to pay $20 to polish. Horrible store. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. EVERYTHING IS FAKE!

This is the absolute worst store I have ever been to the customer service she is on the phone all the time wont even open the cases because she doesnt have the keys her boss did n he wasnt there all day I would rate -0 negative stars worst place ever and a ring I bought broke less than a week after purchasing it absolutely fake jewelry

My fianc and was living in Alexandria for couple of months due to hurricane Ida and we were looking for engaged rings so we stop by Jay jewelry the folks there were nice people and the lady there always did give us good deals on things but we purchased a few things and I even gotten my engagement ring there and two pairs of hoop earrings I was barely wearing my earrings only when I was going something other then that they were in the jewelry box and some how they all then changed colors on me my fianc and I was very disappointed now thats we back home I cant even take my jewelrys back to them never nomore I wouldnt purchases any jewelry from Jay jewelry I dont even wear my engagement ring anymore I have to look for another one talking about wasting money
