We have been using Integrity for many years now. Beatriz, the owner, is very responsive and accommodating. The cleaners are professional and reliable. They come regularly, and the house always looks and feels dramatically different once they are done. I have asked them on occasion to pay particular attention to specific areas (basement floors, for instance, after spills) and they always come throughwithout apparently scrimping on other areas. They miraculously get rid of dog hair during shedding season. They also will bring in packages and even have watered plants for us once while we were away. Highly recommend. We have hired Integrity Home Cleaning to clean our DC home for the past 10 years ,and throughout that time, their cleaning service has been consistently excellent. This is an extremely well-run business. The cleaners are well-trained, hard-working, and detail-oriented. What's more, they have all been lovely people whom we are happy to welcome into our home. Our house and office always look and are spotless when the cleaners are finished with it. We may be paying a bit more than for other cleaners, but, as evidenced by the fact that we have used them for over 10 years, any additional expense is more than worth it. They wipe up dust with damp rags and change the rags when they are dirty. They have such good dust control that I sold my HEPA air filters at a yard sale when i noticed i didnt use them any longer. Other house cleaners stir up dust but dont eliminate it. They are also thorough cleaners in the kitchen where they wash out the trashcan if its needed.
