One of the hardest offices to get someone to answer the phones. Have left messages on several different occasions only to have no one return phone calls. Dr. Antezana is great but his staff needs some improvement.

I had an appointment at 11:15 virtual. I logged in to my appointment app at 11:00am . I sat & waited til 1pm when the office finally decided to answer their phones coming back from lunch. I was told Doctor was in clinic & I had to reschedule my appointment. This office is the worst place I have ever been dealing with. The staff doesn’t have common courtesy to call me before they went to lunch if it would be a problem for the doctor to this appointment. I’m definitely looking for another doctor. I have been having nothing but problems with this office.

I do not recommend seeing Dr Ariel Antizana at this medical center. He doesn’t get the job done . I seen him on June 16th 2021 . He wrote the wrong prescription , sent to Walgreens & yet it still hasn’t been fixed , and today is June 22, 2021. I have told the nurses what my insurance has approved me for & what Dr Ariel sent . I had to call Walgreens & they had to call my insurance company to find out what was going on . I called 6 days to his office. Spoke to 3 different personnels. Two was nurses & one was the office manager. Said if you don’t hear from us by the end of the day call us . LOL that’s a joke right ❓ Days went by & they say the same thing every morning when I call . No one seems to answer the office phone on Friday’s . Also he was sending me out to get a MRI once again he wrote the wrong thing for my insurance to approve it . I wouldn’t leave this one star if I didn’t have to to post this review. I really don’t think he’s in a hurry to do anything. So as I’m sending this review I’m still waiting on my prescription to be rewrote by this doctor. With me not getting my medicine for my migraines , my blood pressure is high due to pain . I never had high blood pressure until me being in this pain with my head . I’m only sticking it out in this medical clinic because my regular doctor is out on maternity leave . Then I drive over an hour away to be treated like this . I choose that doctors office, because I thought they would be better than my home town but was I wrong.

My wife has been a patient of Dr Antezana for about 6 years and he has helped her tremendously. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients.
