CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group - Primary Care

They rescheduled my husband's heart echo 3 times and when I called to inform them he'd be 10 minutes late for the most recent appointment, they went ahead and marked him as a no-show despite telling us we had a 15 minute grace period. We arrived at 2:13. I would like to add that this is the 2nd wasted hour-long trip we've made to this office, because the first time we came up here was when we were informed of a reschedule.

This has been my doctors office for 29 years now. I will say many years so I had a doc. Named Angie, she was the best. I think once they became larger and maybe took on so many patients that it became a overload. The only doctor now that I will see is Rachel. I love her and I would follow her as long as I could. Idk what other doctors they have statered to hire but alot of them are so rude. Soooo sooo rude. The doctor that done my nerve conduction test was so aggraved, she made it very clear. She was stabbing the needles in so far deep into my arm I was pouring blood out, with each and ever stick. The nurses in the room was whispering that they had never seen someone bleed like that before, you could just see it on thier faces. The doctors attitude was just so unprofessional. It's hard to find a good hearted doctor that has empathy for her patients.

These are beautiful and spacious rooms. I am so happy with the building! Everything had been kept clean and always looks so wonderful. The staff is super friendly from clerical all the way to the doctors! No better place to be seen!

Everyone treated me so well Dr Clark was amazing. Dr Clark listens and has great suggestions and he really cares about your health
