Trying to call to get an appointment for my sick child in nearly impossible no one wants to answer the phone. Once you get an appointment you wait longer then you get seen.. Dr.Kostelnik is nice but it seems very rushed.

My daughter did not like going here. Dr was very unprofessional and I felt as though any concerns I had were brushed off. Daughter is very happy with the dr she sees now.

Havent had any major issues other than feeling rushed out once in a visit , it was the end of the day, phone hold times getting someone to answer take at-least 10 min every time you call and you can never get an appointment when youre kids are sick, have to wait 3 hours down stairs at urgent care with a stranger.

We love Dr. Kostelnik but the phone wait times are insane. I was on hold over 10 minutes and the call dropped. This happens often. And if she's not there you can not see another doctor that day for a sick visit.

All 3 of my kids go to Doctor Kostelnik and we love her and the staff there. They know exactly how to handle the kids and also get a know them and love them. Thanks for everything you all do. We appreciate everyone that works there.
