I ordered flowers from Marlene's to be delivered on Friday 5/9 for Mother's Day (I live 4 hours away). She did not get them Friday, so I figured maybe Saturday and nothing. On Sunday, I called Marlene to ask what happened. She told me they were delivered. But they weren't and she acted like she did not believe my mom didn't get them. I did not receive a confirmation email either, but she kept saying she sent one. I had to call my mom and make her look all around the outside of the house. Still no flowers. So embarrassing. Called Marlene again, she still could not tell me what happened. She asked if new flowers could be sent on Monday. I said yes. Finally during this conversation I got a very small apology. I called Monday at 12:30 and they said they were making it. Now it is 4:15 and they still have not been delivered. So much for wanting them delivered 2 days before the holiday. Now 4 days later, I am still waiting on this gift for my mom, but it has been such a hassle. I chose Marlene's because of the website and the fact that I could see what I was ordering. Who knows what my mom will get now, if anything! Marlene had no trouble taking my money. I would not recommend using Marlene's Flower's to anyone. Still waiting....4:50 Monday, My Mom received the flowers. Smaller than pictured, not the same colors, and looks like they've sat in a cooler since the day they should have been delivered. Angry.
