Very clean. HUD approved. You get free water and trash but have to use a laundry Matt.
HUD will cover up to half of your electric bill each month if you qualify. You get two parking spots, front porch small garden area and HVAC. the 2-3 and 4 bedrooms are 2 story buildings 1 bed room has a porch area out side or a balcony if you live in the upstairs apartments.. Close to the elementary schools and park is walking distance away. Also the parks walking trail leads to local stors and even a family doctor. Its great for someone looking to get started out in life and people who want to retire. It has a bad reputation, but as ling as you stick to yourself you will be fine. Also- just a tip, if you are worried about breakins just get door/ window alarms from dollar tree.🌳
