I had a very positive experience with this company when I ordered a whitening tray. Their process was easy to understand, they were very accessible if I had any questions, and I received my tray shortly after sending my molds in. I absolutely recommend trying this lab out!

Ordered a night guard from Designs In Ortho through their website. There was a good selection of different guards with good descriptions of each so you knew which to choose that would work best for you. My supplies came fast and the directions were clear and easy to follow. Having the video on the website to watch beforehand on how to take my impression at home was also very nice so I knew how to do it before I even started. Sending in my impression was easy as the packaging and shipping label were provided to send it back. I did have a question about my impression before I sent it back and got a response quickly as well. There was an issue with the fit of my first guard, but DIO was very helpful in figuring out what the issue was and fixing it, sending me a new guard that fit perfectly! Next time a dog eats my night guard (which is what happened to my last one), I wont hesitate to come back and order a new one from Designs In Ortho!
