The guy there did not want to speak to us… I guess that my business was not worth this dude’s time… He told me that “concrete can explode if I use it on my hearth”. I don’t know what this guys credentials are, but I am a weapon and explosive ordnance operator; (veteran). These folks are radically incompetent. I have never dealt with a more lazy and unprofessional organization. This location was located off U.S. 25 in Northern Kentucky… I will make sure no one I know does business with you. Furthermore I don’t know of anyone who would.

I visited the Walton location and they have a nice selection to choose from. Daniel is so nice and friendly to work with. He was very patient during our selection process and accommodating. I would recommend going to Reading Rock for the wide range of selection and for the customer service. Their prices seemed comparable as well to other places I had visited.
