        We used to love this restaurant for breakfast. My mom went there last week and asked for a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with the sausage well done. They said ok, she puked forward and paid. When she got the sandwich she checked it and the sausage was not well done. The cashier then said that they werent able to make it well done. So my mom asked for her money back. The cashier went and talked to someone. When she returned she told my mom that they would make her sandwich. She just needed to pull forward and wait. So she waited well over five minutes. Then that same cashier came outside and gave my mom her refund. This interaction was handled poorly from top to bottom. When she was at the speaker, they should have told her that well done was not an option. And then they made her wait for her refund just to be jerks for a problem they caused by not communicating. They will not be receiving anymore of my money.
