Richard Morgan is the most honest and professional contractor I have contacted in a long time. He could have made big bucks on water proofing my crawl space but instead said I did not need and told me how to fix from outside. He does not do the work I need done so even though estimates are free I wanted to Pay for his time and he did not take. Not many left like this company. I highly recommend. Service: Waterproofing

I highly recommend Richard and his crew for crawlspace work. They inspected my crawl space and noticed that my sump pump was not working. They also noticed that several electrical outlets that served the sump pump were not working and troubleshooted and fixed the problems. After that, they replaced the sump pump in about 20 minutes. I am a very happy camper! The three man crew were knowledgeable, prepared for everything and professional.. I am a UK Professor and would rank their work as A+.

Rich and his team came out to help us with standing water in our crawlspace. They located and fixed problem areas where water was coming, replaced insulation, dug a trench, and installed a water barrier. It was a lot of work and was reasonably priced. They were timely, professional, and provided excellent worksmanship and quality. They took care of us with no gimmicks and no nickle and diming. I highly recommend them. Service: Waterproofing
