        John came out to look at our hot water tank a few weeks ago. After determining it was past the point of simple maintenance, he walked us through our options and helped us determine what would be both energy and cost efficient. Had him put in a new tankless unit. Knowledgeable, professional, and Bonnie is the absolute sweetest. Called to confirm we were up and home before John arrived.
