Excellent service and work. I'm a traveller from Canada who needed a quick fix on my carmper van. They understood my situation and were very helpful. The job was done fast. The mechanic was very professional. He explained everything and I really appreciated that. I'd recommend this garage. They are the best around the Red river gorge. When I decided to finally get the clunking sound in my car checked out, I took it to a shiny looking shop in a bigger town. They drove it around the block and made their best guess. I am so glad I came to Auto Service Experts for a second opinion. The ultra friendly folks here took the time to open the vehicle up and really investigate and pinpoint the problem. Even though we returned during their lunch, they were happy to put their customers first and take me over to the garage to show me exactly what they found. Their thoroughness, courtesy and knowledge made me feel like i was getting the correct work done the correct way. I highly recommend bringing your beloved vehicles to this unsuspecting shop to be treated right!

Normally, the best experience I can expect to get from an auto shop is feeling a little less ripped off than usual. Here it's completely different. In the several times we have taken several cars here, these guys have been completely transparent, fair, and very quick in their turnaround time. They have gotten the issue corrected the first time, every time. They are fair with their pricing, which is so hard to find these days, and I have never felt like they were trying to run up the bill for no good reason. Finding ASE has completely changed the struggle of car troubles into something far less stressful. Thank you guys!
