        Was instructed by my lawyer to request a refund formally, rockford lane denied the formal request so now i will have to take legal action. This lot will take advantage of you. Terrible customer service. These people treat you like complete trash here. I WILL NOT be paying this car off, bad transmission. I'll drive it until the transmission takes out the engine then let them repo it
