I use Nick on all of my properties and deal with him on nearly a daily basis. To say he runs a good company is an understatement. He is punctual, fairly priced, and as honest as they come. I have hired hvac contractors before and caught them lying but when Nick shows up he does everything he can to complete the job properly and as cost efficient as possible and is all ways detailed in explaining his diagnosis. If I could give Johnson mechanical 10 stars I would. Highly recommended.

I reached out to Nicholas Johnson regarding my AC unit not working properly on the hottest day of the 2022 Summer he was able to come the following morning as it was late when I called he came at the schedule time and was able to assess the situation. He was able to obtain the parts I needed and fixed my AC unit the following day for a reasonable price. My family and I are extremely grateful for the above and beyond perfect services rendered by Nicholas in such an amazing timely manner. Thank you from the Carter Family. Service: A/C system repair

Nick Johnson, Johnson Mechanical was assigned my claim from First American Home Warranty in early May. He came to my home on May 23rd and determined that my A/C unit would have to be replaced. The warranty company ordered the equipment on May 26th and the equipment was available for pick up June 3rd in Louisville. Nick scheduled me for installation on June 23rd. He did not show, call or text that he would not be here. He then rescheduled my installation for today, July 1st. He has not shown up, called or texted any updates. This is the 2nd time I have taken off work for my installation. I called the warranty company and they reached out to the supplier who then informed them that the order for my equipment had been canceled due to not being picked up. To say this is BAD BUSINESS is an understatement!!! I will NEVER use this company nor will I refer this company to anyone!!! Did I mention that my air conditioner has been out for 7 weeks!!! This is RIDICULOUS!!!!!

I am very dissatisfied with this company. Our ac has gone out and my elderly father has been trying to get a new ac put in and has been getting the run around for weeks now. Repeatedly given excuse after excuse and we are sick of it. Wont call back and never comes when he says he will. And this has happened at least 3 times in the past 4 weeks. Its HOT and my parents are elderly and my son has asthma and neither need to be sitting in a heated house in 92 degree weather. He has tp go thru our home warranty and this is who the warranty is making us go thru. Unfortunately we might just have to pay out of pocket so we can sit in our home and not sweat and be able to sleep at night. Service: A/C system repair
