O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

I ordered 2 fish and chip dinners like 2 weeks ago and they had no taste to them whatsoever. I mean I had to season them and put them in the air fryer just so they would be edible. I called and spoke with a manager and explained my concern. I was then promised what they call 2 VIP'S and I haven't received anything yet. Now this is my second time calling and now I'm in hold for 25 minutes only to be hung up on. So, I called right back and am now still in hold, this is ridiculous. I will NOT be patronizing this location EVER again!!

I wanted to say that from the moment we stepped in my friend and I were greeted and seated promptly with a smile :). Our server Wade was absolutely amazing! He was personable, attentive, and provided outstanding customer service. Great service always makes it a great experience- so thank you Wade!! You rock!!!!! Went in tonight to give this place another shot and let me tell you.... My waitress Kayla C was AMAZING! She definitely took care of us, was on top of everything even got us drinks to go without us asking... She was and is a breath of fresh air... Please O'Charleys KEEP HER by giving her a raise... Outstanding Service

Ordered a grilled chicken salad. The portions were unreal. My friend ordered the plank salmon with vegetables and mashed potatoes. Tasted incredible. Rolls came out late but hot! We went super late.

Waitress didnt give us refills, didnt ask us if we wanted condiments so we had to ask her and wait forever. There was barley anyone their and still waited forever for everything. Food wasnt worth the wait. They took jack cheese wedges off the menu which Is really disappointing. They was also out of honey mustard! It was just a bad experience. I wish I didnt waste my money!
