        Lies and more lies. My files were thrown into a closet. I called and was told they were doing them right now and i walked in and they were not. I'll never go here again. I also would give a zero rating but one star is only available

        If I could give then a no star rating that would be more appropriate. Not only was my tax preparer 30 minutes late to the appointment, after preparing my taxes I was told that I would get a copy of them AFTER the IRS accepted them. I never did get a copy of them. I had to get a copy from the IRS. Also, upon completion my file got put on a stack of other completed taxes that were on the floor. They weren't even in a locked file cabinet. I was told by corporate office that they couldn't help me since the office was a franchise. Stay away from them.

        Liberty Tax is the only place I’ll have my taxes done! They have knowledgeable tax professionals who will get you the best refund and everyone is so nice and welcoming!
