This place is the absolute non-professional used car dealer ship around. They said they would send the title the week we bought the truck its been almost 4 months and I havent got my title because they sent the title to Frankfort with the wrong address on it so it all got processed with the wrong address. I am more than completely fed up with them!!! If youre looking to find a good used car do NOT come here, I had problems out of the truck I bought since THAT DAY. DO NOT buy here.

My Daughter and I caught covid. After that I started a new job I tried to get a payment extension threw Westlake financial. They didn't give it to me. They pulled my funding and bulliet county auto came and took the car back and kept my deposit. Even though I was in contact with them the entire time I was sick and when I started the new job. THEY would not work with me on any other vehicle or help me in any other way. $1400 they kept and got the car back. At 1 point I was told my funding never even went through because the girl in the office did my paperwork wrong. So I don't even know if I ever actually had the funding. I would definitely watch out for these people they know how to take it.
