Horrible experience!! Short lived and horrible. Texted messenger on Monday (which same person who responded in messenger is the same as the person who answers the phone) asked about the date for my wedding, it was available. As soon as she said it was available I called to discuss further details letting her know which of the two spaces I was wanting and so on. I was so excited I asked to see the venue right away. Set up the appointment for Tuesday. Went, loved it wanted to book it, and I communicated all of that. Was told Id receive and booking email that night. I never received it so I texted them Wednesday to remind them. She gave an excuse of being busy, which was understandable because at this point Im thinking its so perfect theyre phone is probably ringing off the hook. I look at my email and she sent me a confirmation for the wrong date. I text her she then responds to tell me she wont know till the morning. She says no its been booked for ur date!! Gave me some bs excuse why and sent me to their other venue which u could find anywhere. I changed everything asap banking on them doing good business. Ps they gave my date to a anniversary dinner. Horrible business. Just dont do it.

2 years ago I secured a black friday-esque wedding deal with Brittani. We agreed on decor, day of coordination, set up, tear down, etc. She was difficult to communicate with throughout the whole process. Often replying late or days later. We planned decor, I told her my vision for the day, and we laid it all out in a spread sheet. I was assured that this would be the greatest day of my life. There were no runners for the head table, the candelabras were not set out. The candles weren't lit (I noticed that on my way out to the actual ceremony. Thank God the bartenders had a lighter!) None of the story-book themed items I wanted were out. I bought flower pedals specifically to lay in vases on the table and my husband had to be the one to put those out. She agreed to make a window pane itinerary to set out, but that never came. Our cake was the wrong flavor. Didnt notice that until the cake cutting ... I was walking towards the ceremony with my dad and almost walked out of the room to where my husband could see me. Luckily the wedding party all shouted loud enough to stop me in my tracks. I barely saw her. SHE LEFT DURING THE WEDDING. Several of my bridal party questioned if she was even the coordinator. If it weren't for my DJ we honestly would have had zero coordination. The day after I emailed Brittani, detailing my experience and overall disappointment with her work. She responded with blatant disrespect, and zero accountability. Stating "sorry that the deal you were given wasn't enough." As if I should have expected to be disappointed. The wedding was great and everyone had fun, but the guests were none the wiser...this has haunted me for 2 years now. If she wasn't going to do the work, then that should have been laid out during our first meeting so that I could have hired someone different.
