        Stayed here a couple times during the Kentucky Renaissance fair. Usually top notch place but my last visit was quite disappointing. Made a reservation 3 months ahead for a two double bed room. When arrived with party, we were downgraded to a single double bed and a pull out. They had the gall to say it was actually an upgrade! Most likely won't stay there again since they didn't offer a discount for the inconvenience.

        Not as advertised at all. There’s no “spa” or pool or breakfast due to renovation… on the whole hotel! The staff is unprofessional but nice. And the toiletries in my room were used and put back! Gross!
