This place is a joke !! I got a promotional contest thing in the mail from them and when I got the winning numbers I called , they told me that i was GUARENTEED and already a winner of one of the 8 grand prizes shown on the front with no purchase nessary . So I went up there to collect and they handed me $5 , which by the way was NOT one of the guaranteed prizes I was supposed to win, and said that was my winning and then also tried to tell me I had to give 30 minutes of their time to try to talk them into selling me a vehicle !!! Umm no way in hell , even though I was actually considering looking at a truck till I found out they were liers , crooked and overly priced .. It's a shame because you lost a customer due to your lies and might I add some very bad attitudes ...might I add that I find it highly amusing and troubling at the same time that are more bad reviews then good ones and they always like to Blame the customers when in factuality it's the stupidity and awful company Tim French ,the salespeople and Tim French himself that are to blame !!! "The customer is always right " which I heard your sales person say themselves to a customer looking at a car why I was there which is funny because I couldn't help but laugh out loud when walking away from that joke of a car lot!! I will make a mission to tell anyone who I know and see to never purchase a vehicle from this place!!

He ran out of town to south Florida because of a lawsuit against him,because he couldn't face up to what he did,or scared to face it,he even called people in etown inbreds,he sold really bad cars,and always  had a excuse why he couldn't do anything about it,people of south Florida he's headed your way,take my advice,stay far away from him,read all the complaints against him in Radcliff Kentucky before you buy,please

BUYER BEWARE:  I purchased a 2013 Ram in May of last year (15) with 53,000 miles on it. Time French sales tried to sell me an extended warranty which I did not purchase because I had the Manufactures Warranty (Powertrain) which was good enough for me.Low and behold I take the vehicle in to Swope Dodge for some recall work to learn that I did not have ANY warranty because at one point my vehicle was titled in Canada which voided all Warranties.I spoke with the General Manager of all Tim French stores, Brian. After Brian made "some phone calls" and repeatedly told me he was working on it. He offered to "trade the truck in for another one" at a loss to me. I was completely dumbfounded. He also articulated to me that Tim French buys "A lot of vehicles from Canada." And that "if I would have bought an extended Warranty then it wouldn't have been good anyway and he would have had to refund the money for that.Bottom line: I paid $30,000 dollars for a vehicle that I was assured had a standard manufacture warranty and it was false. I have contacted an attorney and will be making this a civil matter but I wanted anyone thinking of buying a car from Tim French to be careful and make sure you aren't getting a "Canadian vehicle" that they had purchased and brought to the U.S.If anyone has any further questions please feel free to inbox me. I tried resolving this at the lowest level and was repeatedly blown off and dismissed.

Never trust what they say....told me he had to drop the price for finance company to pick it up....i was in a hurry had to get to work so guy went over paperwork real quick...my fault for signing papers without having time but now I know this car lot doesn't hesitate to lie to you...and they can't be trusted....to them 500 dollars isn't much but to my kids it's alot...and they couldn't even be honest with me...i will never trust them again and I will tell anyone i know not to buy from there....i work in a company of over 3000 people....one thing I hate is a dishonest company....i called told the supervisor and they said there was nothing they could do about it....just more lies. I wouldn't buy a car from this company again
