        Terrible customer service. Many items are missing from my 52 item order. Attendant was rude when I dropped off my clothes. When picked up, we only paid $400, and our bill would have been much more expensive if each item were returned. No one who I've spoken to has apologized for losing my belongings or have been helpful in any way. Employees act like I'm annoying them by asking them to look for my clothes. Very rude. Terrible customer service. Do not trust them to keep track of your items. $100s of dollars of clothes gone....

        Most expensive dry cleaner in town. Lost multiple items of mine, and spoke to me in a belittling manor. Never said sorry or took responsibility for misplacing my expensive clothes. Rude.
