Mike always makes sure he adds a personal touch for flowers I send to my Dads widow. He has been through a lot and cares deeply for his customers.

In the past I have always recommended this place, however not anymore! I would’ve not even gave 1 star but you have to choose at least one. Mike left me so upset after speaking with him. It took me a few wks before I could leave an honest review. I called Mike to order flowers for the company that I work for. This was for someone who’s grandmother passed. He was fine durning the ordering process however did seem a little aggravated that I asked for a copy of the receipt. He did say he would send an image of it and the flowers once they were delivered. I eventually got the receipt but no image of the flowers (not a big deal). I called about a wk or so later to order flowers again for the company I work for. He asked me for the info and I gave it to him. I did ask him to hold for maybe 15-20 seconds to get something I didn’t have at first. He was fine he didn’t say a word. I gave that info to him and hung up. Then I called the next day because I didn’t get the receipt and knew they had been delivered that morning. He answered right away with an attitude. I explained who I was and that would he mind to send a receipt because I hadn’t gotten one yet and knew he previously said after they were delivered it would be sent out. Going on the previously placed order he sent the receipt right afterwards. So I was making sure it wasn’t forgotten or that it didn’t go to someone else. He had a complete meltdown on me over the phone. Starts getting loud immediately and said I have taken up too much of his time and it was not worth his time. He continued to rant and said there were people waiting on him in line while talking to me and that he was only making $7 off my cheapskate $50 dollar order. I tried to tell him I didn’t appreciate being talked to this way and that he was acting very inappropriate and unprofessional and that I will not be sending anyone to his florist and that I would notify the company that I work for to let them know to go elsewhere. I did also tell him I would be writing this review. He didn’t seem to mind. He continued to yell at me and so I ended the call. I am still in shock as to the way he talked to a customer. I hope that anyone in line (that I didn’t know about) that heard our conversation decided to leave after hearing that. I know I would have. He eventually sent me the receipt but also had to add a remark about not taking care of cheapskates or doing anymore favors. I didn’t realize this was a favor. I thought you reached out to a florist to have them make flower arrangements and provide delivery service for the flowers that you pay for. I mean that’s what any other florist provides. It’s not called a “favor”. I will make sure to tell EVERYONE to GO ELSEWHERE!!

I contacted Pleasureville Florist for an arrangement for my mother in law's memorial service. I had no idea what to order. I gave him her favorite color and what I'd like to spend. The arrangement of roses I saw when we arrived was stunning and beyond our expectations! Their staff is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. We highly recommend for any occasion!
