My average water five years ago was $45 dollars a month and now investors bought the place and my water is 150-175 a month. Everyone hates them and if I was you I wouldn't move here. They are crooks. I'm saving money to get the hell out of this place. So far I'm stuck here but I'm not paying illegal water bills.

Seems pleasant, the management is working hard at cleaning the place up. Change the environment, of the park.
