        The people here are unprofessional and very very rude.

        The water district is a drive from my house and they do not take payments over the phone or online. Its 1976 here in Parksville and they need their money, by God. Otherwise they will come to your house and shut your services off in the middle of a pandemic, and 90 degrees outsde.
