This place is all around amazing! Service was friendly and perfect. The brie appetizer was amazing and the brick fired pizzas were the best we ever had.

Had been to Max's before and had a great time. Tonight, not so much. Loud, noisy crowded. Service was slow and inattentive. Took forever to get appetizers and even longer for entrees. Totally forgot about our son's drink, even after coming twice to refill waters. Food was fair (not grest) but hot enough to burn your mouth. No warning on heat from the server. A bit bland but overall good. 2 1/2 hours was a bit long for 3 entrees. Either things have changed to the worse since we were last there, or hopefully they were having a bad night. I'll give them awhile before I come back.
