The manager, front staff and the concession staff are always so nice! Love the music but wish they would take requests. Main problem is that the Skate guards are rude. Every time were there, theyre rude! We did tell the manager about one issue and she was so nice and concerned about it and gave us free passes. But the next time we went a different guard was just as rude! Disappointing.
