  • Arrived in the middlenof the night and left first thing in the morning. I didn't even have time to enjoy a nice breakfast during this business trip. This is unfortunate, because the staff are so lovely and kind, I wish I had more time to actually relax and take in the entire Hilton experience. Next time I am in town, perhaps.

    For several weeks now I have been wrapping my head around giving this statement an If the rude treatment merits a complaint. unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience with the hotel staff and their unprofessional practices. Throughout my stay, I encountered several instances that left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a guest. appalling to say the least. experiences like this always happen with out my husbands presence, and After much discussion with my husband I decided to go forward with this public review of service I received from this chosen hotel. that I just refuse to tolerate any longer. Each time I try to make a simple request through the gentleman who is at the front desk with the half button shirt and snarky attitude, he acts as though I were an annoyance. In one instance, he said he has "no patience in dealing with such petty transactions." -As told to me by another staff member the next day. While extending my check out date. I trust that you will speak to him about professionalism and respect. Customers should not be an annoyance; we are the ones who keep the lights on. Secondly, and the final straw was a huge misunderstanding from the staff that resulted in myself having my husband to contact the company CEO at Hilton. And explaining how the situation I was thrown into was completely unacceptable to say the least. With unjust threats of law enforcement and the lack of clarity of the staff and the ability to handle them properly and effectively without any risk to public security. It will be interesting to see how these actions will affect the future of this establishment. However they lost the service of our family and colleagues along with anytime we are in town on business or personal trips. The problem will no longer affect us here forth. Just take note if you expect the Hilton level of support you wont be getting it from this establishment. Rooms: unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the hotel rooms. The state of the rooms was highly unsatisfactory, leaving me with a negative impression of my entire stay. Firstly, upon entering my assigned room, it was clear that the cleaning standards were not up to par. The floors appeared dirty, with dusty corners and visible stains. The surfaces, including the furniture and countertops, had a layer of grime and felt sticky to the touch. It was evident that thorough cleaning had not been conducted in quite some time. Furthermore, the bathroom in my room was in a deplorable state. The tiles were discolored and had mold growth in the grout lines. The toilet and sink had visible stains and lime scale buildup, suggesting a lack of regular maintenance. The overall uncleanliness of the bathroom made it uncomfortable to use, and I felt compelled to sanitize the area myself before feeling somewhat at ease. In addition to the lack of cleanliness, the state of the rooms was also old and worn. The furniture was visibly aged, with scratches, chips, and dents. The upholstery on the chairs had tears and stains, giving the room an overall shabby appearance. The outdated dcor and worn-out carpets added to the feeling of being in a neglected and uninviting environment. I must also mention that the lack of attention to detail was apparent. The presence of dust in hard-to-reach areas, such as on the lampshades and behind furniture, indicated a lack of thorough cleaning and maintenance by the hotel staff.
