I just posted a review this morning 5/10/23 and its already taken down. They attend to a bad review more than they care about a patient. All of these great reviews since I posted that review are strange. Im surprised they didnt ask for a co pay to remove my comment. Just a refresher, my doctor, Dr Folz is gone and no one knows when he will be back. So I asked to see a different doctor. I was told no, only his NP can see me. Really? I cant see a doctor and you dont know when my doctor will be back. Meanwhile they were not competent enough to have my meds filled before I left for Cincinnati for a revision surgery. I will run out in Cincinnati after a 3+ hr surgery. This was conveyed several times in the patient portal. So where did that review go? When you select the newest reviews it should be number one or two. Its gone. Im sorry to say but a bad review gets more attention than a patient headed to surgery needing professional pain management. Truth be told I really appreciated Dr Folz, its all the extracurricular I can do without. When will he be back? No one knows and I cant see a doctor. That is just strange. Need a prior authorization? Be ready for a wait, especially when the prior authorization is filled out wrong and no one follows up. You will waste hours trying to do their job because you need that injection or med now not 2 or 3 weeks later. Bottom line, my pain is not being managed professionally but this review site sure is under watch.

The Commonwealth Pain and Spine is one of the best places I have been to. The people are very nice and friendly and make you feel at home when you talk to them about what is going on with you. They ask questions and give advice on things that might help to ease whatever your going through. The doctor and the nurses and concerned about your care. They put you first. They have a clean, friendly, and inviting attitude from the minute you walk through that office door. I would recommend this place to any one who is in need of help.
