I used to really like going here, but lately I have notice they quote an extra long wait time seemingly to get you to leave and the stylist's bring their kids to work which makes for a hectic experience. The last time I visited I showed the woman a picture of a chin length bob with a few long layers, and she told me she couldn't cut my hair because she didn't know how to cut it that way. I left confused. Isn't a bob cut hairstylist 101 at this point? Why would you hire a hairstylist that can't cut a bob?

Pelaiah Barner is our stylist. She can do it all, wax, cut, style, color you name it. I've been going to her for years.

I walked in 15 minutes after the salon opened and the stylist was on her phone. Asked me "what do you want?" When she got off her phone. I asked for a haircut. She then asked how much length I wanted off, so I showed her. In my experience, stylists usually ask details like "did you want any layers?" Before spraying your head down and doing a straight cut across and saying "all done", so I was in a bit of a shock when I was done within 5 minutes. I have A LOT of hair, so I didn't even know what to say. I asked her if she could at least soften the edges a bit so it wasn't just a straight cut across and she rushed through that too. At that point I decided to not let this woman touch my hair anymore and just leave instead of demanding her fix the hack job she did. She reeked of stale cigarette smoke and was so unfriendly. I went home and fixed the chunks that she missed entirely... I could have just cut it myself at this rate.
