Pros: The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast was great. The location is convenient to both Clarksville and Hopkinsville and we felt safe in the hotel. Cons: The beds might as well be made of stone. They are awful. The pool is not heated, it was pretty cold. The elevator takes FOREVER. Overall the stay wasn't terrible but I definitely would not stay here ever again. There are better choices in the area. Rooms: Rooms are clean, water pressure is great in the showers, the soap, shampoo and conditioner provided was great quality. The beds are awful. I've never been so uncomfortable in my life. Safety: We felt totally safe. Zero concerns about our safety while we were there

The location is the only good thing about this hotel as it is near Clarksville, without being in the middle of all of the traffic. However, my wife and kids were going to stay here for the purposes of an overnight trip of shopping and fun in Clarksville, but were immediately disappointed with it not meeting the standards we are used to with IHG properties. The hotel itself but more specifically the room was very very dirty, from top to bottom as well as the sink and toilet leaking all over the floor. They immediately checked out. Fortunately IHG is making management aware of the issues and did resolve to the best of their ability, however especially if you have young immune-compromised children I would be cautious.
