Most of the receptionists are usually extremely rude on the phone, & in person as well. Anytime I’ve ever called and god forbid asked over one question, someone has raised their voice at me or got an attitude immediately. Very unprofessional upfront. I’ve been trying to see a doctor up there that I’ve heard is wonderful, but dealing with the rude receptionists is becoming far too frustrating.

I have not met as caring of a doctor as Dr. Omosebi in my life. She clearly illustrated this passion during my girl friend's, Carole Edwards', clinic visits, after hour calls on her personal phone, visit to Carole with flowers and card in hospital, and finally her visit with caring nurse, Brittany, to Carole's funeral visitation at Clark' Legacy Ctr. I will always remember this caring pair, as Carole did. Thank you very much.

Another great visit with Dr. Usery ! He is always straight forward and professional. Every year is like a visit with an ol' Doctor friend who cares about keeping you healthy.
This year I also met with recent P.A graduate Lyndsey, who is very much like Dr. Usery in her level of care. She truly listens and encourages questions so you understand your level of care. Keep up the great work Ms. Lyndsey, your going to make a GREAT P.A !

Dr. Omosebi is one of the absolute best in the business. She always listens to what you have to say and answers concerns. Her CMA is the same way. The front end staff have always treated me with respect and you don't see that much anymore. I highly recommend this doctor office!!!

I have been going here for years. But since Covid and actually getting Covid. They will not return phone calls as needed. Diagnosed at Baptist urgent care 6 days ago. Was told my primary would contact me as soon as possible. No one from the clinic to check on anyone in 6 days from a positive test. Finally pneumonia has set in my lungs called to see if I could get breathing treatments all for once again to leave a message of no return. My point here is it would appear to be more important to have your covid number. Be reported to the local health department then it is to actually help people. Because the health department is the only one that has contacted me every single day since my positive test and not my own doctors office.
Contacting Lexington Clinic Administration then the state on their handling or lack there of patients with a communicable infection.
