I got my hair colored for Christmas and they used bleach to color my hair. Well I went to Great Clips to get my hair trimmed up and they said my hair was damaged and felt like straw that the bleach destroyed my hair so they ended up having to cut all my hair off.

I've been here several times. But I have not had such a bizarre experience I will not say the name of the person, but I got my haircut there today and they refused or did not know how to cut anything. I told them several several several times that I wanted finger length on top and a one on the side they buzzed the top a little bit just in the are they buzz of the side a little bit in the air it was so weird I ended up having to go to Great clips on the corner to fix my hair. At a certain point I got embarrassed for her and me I didn't want to say anything I just said okay it's fine.
