My daughter is a student at MSU and was getting ready to travel cross country for Christmas and I was afraid she needed new tires. Im several states away so I called and spoke to Keith and he told her to come by the shop and hed take a look. He inspected her tires and determined she just needed a rotation and shed be fine. He didnt try to upsell me or scare me into making a purchase. He just said hed treat her like his own daughter and wanted to make sure she got home safe. I will be purchasing all of my tires from Warehouse Tire as long as theyre in business. That type of compassionate customer service earned them at least one lifetime customer.

If you need tires, and especially if you are a single female, I highly recommend Warehouse Tire! I've had two vehicles that have needed tires and went to Warehouse both times. He doesn't try to "pull a quick one" or fool you for more money. Very honest and trustworthy. My particular experience - just bought a new vehicle and was told that the tires were dry rotted. Had Warehouse check them out, and he -told me how long I could go if I didn't want to get them immediately. Today,I mentioned I'd be coming in on my lunch hour, and he was very respectful of that time. All around good people, good tires.

We were 200+ miles from home when we had an issue develop with a tire on our Colorado Pick-up. Called around to several places and Keith and his crew at Warehouse Tire were the ONLY ones in the area who were able to get the right ties for our truck. They had us back on the road in just under an hour, from the initial phone call. Most amazing service ever...
