Dr. Fred Lause is a Doctor that takes his time, though and gives you results same day of your visit. Ladies that works with him are Nice & Friendly. I'd recommend him to you if you need to see a Podiatrist.

Dr.Lause is And has always been courteous, caring,and attentive each visit I have had for myself,and my mother. As for his office staff,they too have always been nice and meet you with a smile. I know from experience dr.s and office personnel have bad days too

My negative rating is because of his office staff, not because of him. I really liked him and trusted him professionally. Although I have encountered problematic situations with Amy, his receptionist, before, my current complaint is a show stopper. In December I submitted the wrong insurance card to her. During my visit in January, we discussed it and I rectified the problem. However, I was billed yesterday for both visits. She explained it is because the 90 days have passed within which to file the claims. She denied we had the conversation in January when I had rectified the problem. I spoke to the manager, Theresa, and she stated also that the bill was mine because I submitted the wrong insurance info in December. She refused to let me speak to Dr Lause'. Unacceptable!!!
