My husband went through this florist for Valentines Day. Staff was very rude to him on the phone, and my flowers did not look like the picture, which is an issue when paying over 50 dollars for a product. My husband was very disappointed.

A great local small business! Very helpful & friendly staff. They always help me pick out the best flowers thankful to have a florist like this in my community.

The owner, who assisted me, was so kind. I placed an order about 2-3 weeks early for Valentines Day 2024 delivery. I ordered an arrangement which was shown on a display in the store and paid more than $70. I just asked that the pink roses shown in the arrangement be red instead. The delivered arrangement didnt look too much like what I ordered, was much smaller, and I was disappointed with it, considering that my hopes were high after the kindness shown to me in the store. The friendliness was so appreciated, but I also expected my wife to receive what I ordered. I love supporting small local businesses, but my first experience as a customer here was probably my last. The photos here show what I ordered compared to what was delivered. The same thing occurred a second time when my kids ordered an arrangement for my wife, for her birthday.
