Batteries Plus Bulbs

Normally have great service. Not today! I waited 10 minutes in the store before I was even spoken to. When I was helped it was done with a real attitude.

I wanted to purchase a 12 pack of Duracell 9 Volt Batteries. I found Batteries + Bulbs had them cheaper than Walmart, Lowe's, Home Depot, and Amazon. None of them offered them at the price of $2.33 each. Plus when ordering them online they offered a 10% Discount Code to make them even cheaper. I used to use Energizers but found they tend to leak with time. Duracell's have a 5 year Guaranteed Shelf Life. I pulled in to Batteries + Bulbs, walked in, was immediately waited on. Picked up my purchase and was out the door in 5 minutes or less.

This store is a hidden gem of Middletown and a great asset for the community. I needed a new battery for my prius, and the guys from the store were amazing and helpful. What looked like a major headache and substantial expense when a dealer was involved was solved quickly and efficiently. The store manager Nick applied himself with a full force trying out different options. It all worked out fabulously, and my prius drives like brand new again. I'm so very grateful for knowledge and professionalism. When I need a new battery again, + will be my first stop!
