        Usually in the past no issues and very nice employee. This tax time was alot different... Lady doing my taxes messed them up real good, put in wrong info which led to 2nd time redoing taxes. Three months later a letter arrived from IRS 🤬 Round 3!!! 🤬🤬🤬 ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Now, further delays and NO stimulus since the 1st one and alot of aggravation/stress. Hopefully in the next 3 months I may actually get my refund, stimulas 2nd & and 3rd, & child tax credit if not too late. STRESS, LOSS OF MONEY, AND TONS OF ISSUES without a filing fee credit back to me and no punishment for the person that FUBARED everything! Will do things differently next tax season... LESSON LEARNED!

        Jackson Hewitt is not the place to go for taxes for me at least. I have been waiting since the beginning of February on my return. Now I can only cal them on wed and mon to c what's going on with thema.d really cant het any help then. Friendly people but not helpful at all
