Techs did shoddy work. Supposed to have lifetime warranty. Yeah right. Called them back to rehang falling siding they said they fired all the techs and when they rehire they will call back. Never called back , for that reason anyway. Called again and they said they will send techs out. Never showed up. Surprise. Then they started Robo calling me and I called back and asked them to take me off their database. Still get calls but they hang up as soon as I answer. Talked with the president “Dick” and he assured me they will Never call me. They still call. Contemplating lawsuit.

I bought windows with Primax which has conveniently changed their name to Compozit Windows now 8 years ago with a warranty given at that time to guarantee your windows paid for themselves or you received the difference back. I am now told that that company went out of business and my warranty is null and void. It's funny that the same company told me they are Primax and would be happy to sell me doors as a returning customer! They also have the same address and telephone number! This is a very bad business! I would positively never send anyone to them for anything! They have took my $12,000.00 (10 windows) for which I thought I could re-coop some of and literally told me "Sorry for your luck"!!! DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give them no star I would!!!!

I’m stuck with windows that are falling apart and a bill that I stopped paying because they were falling apart. Now they are garnishing my wages for windows that are falling apart that were suppose to have a 50 year guarantee!!! They were good at coming and fixing them at he beginning but can’t get anyone to call me back or answer the phone.
