I own a business. I have my own 20 yd dumpster. I call them when my dumpster is full. They couldnt even tell me when they will be here. The driver rode past my house and my gate was closed. Didnt call to see if I was there. I got a bill for dry run. I called and they corrected it and finally picked it up and charged me.$718 for the dump. 12.81 tons and $135 for a fuel surcharge for going 16 miles round trip. Never again will I call them.

Today I was on the Gene Snyder, leaving the Jeffersontown area and witnessed a dump trailer going down the highway with debris flying everywhere. The driver had no regard for anyone else on the highway. Its unsafe and its trashy. The driver knows what he was doing. If this is this companys practice, they should be shut down. Vehicles are too expensive to repair both mechanically and cosmetically.
