We were nervous to leave our senior dog behind while on vacation, but knew that she would be the most comfortable at home in her own environment. Vivian and her team were so easy to work with, very professional and kept us updated on how our dog was doing each visit. We felt so relieved to know she was being well cared for and loved on! We would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

We were in Louisville for just under a week and needed 3 walks per day for our 13 year old French Bulldog. Derby City was so professional right from the start. We met the whole team on a zoom call. They have all the right insurance, etc. Everyone treated our special furry baby like their own. She had so much fun and waited with excitement for them to come. I highly recommend using this service.
