First just left us standing around before a salesman even spoke. Second the advertisement was a lie saw it yesterday and the salesman was like that ended last week. When asked what down payment was going to be told Salesman $500 he asked about score and when told him. Salesman was like no you will need a couple grand. So , as I said dont believe thier T.V. ad. It is a complete lie....

I visited the advantage plan lot last weekend and while my sales representative, Gary, was nice while assisting me on my car search the sales manager, Ramona, displayed unprofessional behavior. As I was walking by her she was ranting to another sales manager, "These people think they can come in here and just pick out any car they want." It was totally inappropiate conversation to have in front of actual customers. I decided to purchase a vehicle elsewhere due to her comments. As a previous customer this behavior is not shocking, but will not be tolerated again. There are other car buying options in Louisville with great customer service which we are entitled to.
