Hoosier Ride

I used Hoosier ride as the last part of a greyhound trip. The bus was pretty much clean and ran well. The bus was on time and even ahead by ten minutes a few times. The seats were comfortable, the temperature was appropriate, there were no cup holders or drop down trays, no music or movies although the bus was equipped with tvs throughout. There was a restroom on the bus. There was no internet, and when the bus made stops we were not allowed to exit the bus even for a quick smoke break. The driver was nice and a good driver, although she spent the first couple hours talking on the phone. The first 5-6 rows of seats were blocked off and we're being used for her things. For these few things I dropped 2 stars because although they were minimal things they were also still important things that would have made the trip more enjoyable. Especially when this was the last 3 hours of a 21 hour bus trip.

All thee way to hell with this company! You book a ride with greyhound who offers e-tix (2022 for crying out loud). They don't tell you that you have to print out a tix Driver must be doing side deals , because he charged me $10 cash to get on the bus. I guess he figured he could have left me, but drove straight to a gas station and the city over and hurried me to get the money. As a woman , I feared being left, so I paid. I pray another reputable company comes and compete because this is dumb.

It not the 1950s you don't need paper tickets to get paid for a bus fare in morden times If pay anything online you will paid for it. I Called in to Miller transportation in was told if don't have a paper ticket wasn't go to be allowed to the ride
