        Adele was so amazing, me and my mom made an appointment at another location and we got stood up so we went to a different location and Adele took both of us once we walked in. we were out in less than 50 minutes, shes so fast, explains things so easily. Ive done taxes and people have made it so much longer by small talking, and she talks enough for it not to be boring and awkward but without it preventing her from being time efficient, Id recommend booking with her every year for a pleasant experience :)

        Adele did my taxes this year over at the Bardstown road location! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Worked as quickly as she could and politely handled anyone that came in throughout the appointment as she was alone in the office! Will absolutely be going to her next year! Got me the most for my return and made sure I understood each step! She was very patient when I had a slight delay in documentation too!!
